About SalesTech
SalesTech was founded on the principle that business skills alone do not address every facet that shapes performance. Selling and managing depend fundamentally on relationships, which are influenced by human factors such as attitudes, distractions, well-being, and current circumstances. Recognizing and addressing these factors strengthens relationships in both the short and long term. Performance also depends on self-awareness: understanding our strengths, vulnerabilities, and tendencies helps us manage behaviors that may affect results. Finally, success requires directing resources toward the opportunities that offer the greatest return.

The SalesTech curriculum was built on a simple but powerful premise:
sales excellence emerges from strength in four distinct yet interdependent dimensions. When these dimensions develop together, salespeople become more confident, more adaptable, and more effective in every customer interaction. Each dimension influences the others. Strong process skills fail without relationship skills; strong relationship skills stall without time management; strong self-management collapses without process discipline.
